Privacy policy

At EvoTech SAS we take care of the information you share with us. This policy explains what data this site receives, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

Data we receive

When you fill out the contact form we receive your name, your email, your phone number (if you provide it) and the message you write.

The site has no user accounts or payment forms, and it does not ask you for any other personal data.

How we use the information

We use the form data only to answer your inquiry and, when appropriate, to arrange a conversation about your project.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

How your message is processed

Each message from the form reaches us by email through a transactional email provider (Postmark) and is not saved in any database of the site.

If the email cannot be delivered right away, the message is kept temporarily in the site's internal job queue until it is retried or discarded.

To protect the form from spam we use Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data from your browser.

Analytics

We measure visits with Umami, an analytics tool that uses no cookies and keeps no data that identifies you. We only get aggregate statistics, such as page views, country and device type.

We also count some interactions in aggregate, such as clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email links and the messages sent through the contact form, without recording any personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep the emails we receive for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any working relationship that comes from it.

Under Uruguay's Personal Data Protection Law No. 18.331 (Ley N.º 18.331 de Protección de Datos Personales), you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
